WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

đź–¤Production time: 3-8 business days ; Shipping time: 3-8 business days
đź–¤If you order multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages
🖤When your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking info in the email
đź–¤Please note, international shipping can take 3-5 weeks

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

MY ORDER WASN'T DELIVERED, WHAT DO I DO?

đź–¤If the order is lost in transit, please send us a message via the contact form for a replacement
🖤For orders marked as delivered that can't be located, please contact the delivery service/USPS for more information. 

WHERE DO THE ITEMS SHIP FROM?

Most products are printed & shipped from our trusty partner print shops in the US. For some products that aren't available in the US (like custom ornaments), are shipped to you straight from the overseas warehouse to save on cost & shipment time.

WHAT IF THE ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

🖤In the unlikely event that the order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos highlighting the problem area(s) within 10 days of receipt.
